All orders are delivered by HCT Logistics. Parcels will arrive 1-3 days after the it is on delivery.

All orders are delivered with International EMS provided by Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. Parcels will arrive 1-2 weeks after it is on delivery.

Shipping Time
  1. Orders that have completed their payment before 11 am Monday-Friday will be shipped on the day.
  2. Orders that have completed their payment after 11 am Friday (including weekends) will be shipped on the following Monday.
  3. On national holidays and make-up holidays, no delivery will be made. Such service will resume the next business day.

When orders are duplicated, shipping fee will be calculated based on the number of items purchased in each order instead of combined shipping.

Delivery service is provided by Chunghwa Post outside Hsinchu City and Hsinchu County.

Parcel pickup/delivery services are unavailable in the following regions:

Lanyu Township, Lyudao Township (Taitung County)/ Nangan Township, Beigna Township, Juguang Township, Dongyin Township (Liengchiang County)/ Diaoyutai Islands (Yilan County)/ Dongsha Islands, Nansha Islands (Kaohsiung City)/ Wuquiu Township (Kinmen)

Given the impact COVID-19 has brought, delivery time is prolonged in countries that receive parcel and packages. As of now, 24 countries/regions still collect incoming international air mail.

In the event of payment flow system maintenance, upgrading, or factors resulting in delays of payments received, delivery time estimates will be calculated based on the actual date of payment received. (In the event of force majeure, i.e. typhoon, earthquakes, floods, etc., cases will be handled as appropriate.)

⨀ In the event of any faultiness in the product or a product being out-of-stock, our customer service personnel will contact you. Please refer to the confirmation Email for shipping notifications.
⨀ Deliveries can be advanced or delayed depending on the amount of orders. Please refer to the confirmation Email for the actual shipping date.
⨀ Products are delivered by third-party carriers, meaning that purchased items are shipped from different warehouses and delivered by different carriers. Therefore, your order may be come in several parcels. Please be advised to check the items and order status upon receipt of parcels.

To provide an easy and quick payment gateway, credit card payment in installments, payment wiring/transferring through ATMs, and COD at convenience stores are not accepted.

⨀ Payments made on WHITEROCK ONLINE are facilitated by Sinopac and NewebPay, where such payment gateways are protected by SSL protocol. Information collected throughout the payment process are encrypted by SSL online payment security mechanism to ensure transaction security.

Return/Refund Policy 

There is a 7-day appreciation period (from the day on which you receive the parcel) for orders made on WHITEROCK ONLINE. Should your order fit our return/refund policy, please keep the integrity of the items (original tag, warranty card, packing, cartons, and receipt) to make your return/refund.

. Free return/exchange is provided should the following conditions happen:

  1. Items received are incorrect.
  2. Items are faulty or damaged due to shipping.

. Return/exchange will not be accepted for the following conditions:

  1. Return/exchange requested after the 7-day appreciation period.
  2. Innerwear (underwear, socks, etc.) due to hygiene reasons. Defective or damaged items are exempted.
  3. Items with stain, makeup stain, or items which are laundered.
  4. Items that have lost their original tag.
  5. A loss of returning receipt.
  6. International orders.

Return/Refund Procedure

Inspection on returned items will be carried out once we receive them. Customers will be notified of the return/refund status after the inspection is completed.

When your return request is approved, refunds made by us will be made to the card you placed your order with (or by the payment method you originally chose).

Depending on the card issuing banks, the timeframe of receiving refunds made by us can vary.

Delivery Charges for Returns

We will refund you the cost of Products and shipping fee for the original order but not your delivery charges induced on return.
